our history

Established in 1995, the San Francisco Nighthawks are an American women's soccer club located in the heart of the Bay Area. Home games are played at the historic Kezar Stadium in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.

The Nighthawks are a founding member of the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL), the second tier of women's soccer in the United States and Canada. In the WPSL, the team plays in the North Division of the Pacific Conference. The SF Nighthawks are also field Premier and 1st Division Teams in the Golden Gate Women’s Soccer League (GGWSL) and one with US Futsal.
